    Speckled Sussex Pullets or Cockerels

    I’m new to this breed and wonder if anyone has guesses about gender of these three. I feel like the combs would be larger at 10weeks old but the feathers are throwing me off.especially #1’s.

    Thank you! I was thinking possibly a moonbeam. She said she purchased it as a “fancy” chick at a feed store but did not remember the breed. I guess we will see. If it is an AC/leghorn cross it looks like a hen. That’s what I’m hoping for. I named her Maleficent.

    I picked up this white bird recently and the lady thought it was a silkie cross. It has black skin. I don’t think it’s a silkie however. Anyone know what it is? She (🤞🏻) is beautiful. About 10 weeks old. Pretty bossy though. I hope she isn’t a he.

    My hens are 1.5 years old. Yes they have always lived together. My roo is 5 months. The coop is 4x6 without measuring the laying boxes. The abuse happens right out in the open. I catch them often just free ranging in the yard.
