My RIR, Black Australorps, and Golden Comets are 19 weeks old and not ONE is laid an egg. I live in NC and its not that hot, but they have fresh water everyday and their habitat is clean and cool for them...WHATS WRONG?!?!

was wondering if you could get the vaccine anywhere? Just hatched out some eggs and want to make sure that they dont contract this disease. I do keep there pin cleaned, fresh water EVERYDAY. Is there anything else? Or something you can give so they dont get this?
Candling my eggs today its been a week. two of them had spots when i put them up to the light. but I really think that a chick is inside the egg. But I looked up what the spots meant and it said bacterial contamination? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? does it mean that the hen laying this egg is sick or what?
Today when I went to feed the girls I notcied that one hen looked like she was missing some feathers on her back. I got closer and it was a bare spot. almost looked like dry skin mayb?! Dont know what it is. anyone ever seen this or know what it could be?
