my babies are already 7 weeks old...move them to pen?!

I have an assortment of chickens that I ordered from a hatchery, they are 7 weeks old aready. I have them in a pen outside that I have a light inside but they are starting to get pretty big. Is it ok if I move them to the chicken pen that I have 5 adult hens and a rooster in? or is that risky of older hens hurting them?!

Rule of thumb is to wait til they are all the same size. So they can fend for themselves. I put a cage in my coup for 2 pullets that were only 4 weeks younger than my other 6 pullets. i figured they would get aquainted. The 2 younger ones are bigger than the rest and still get picked on. The bigger ones will peck at the smaller ones to keep the pecking order.
