That is so good to hear that you feed them at night too. I started doing that in winter mostly to ensure they kept warm during the night so I wanted them to have a full belly for bedtime. I will have to check out that chart! It's tricky with poultry, unlike dog's and cat's who have feeding...

I've heard of people using the standard brewers yeast on popcorn so that makes sense!! I couldn't find a nutritional brewers yeast at the store and I looked for it at the feed stores we have here locally but no luck. I'll have to order it online I think - any brands you recommend to use or avoid?!

That is the type of coop I personally have, but our winters don't drop too low regularly in Washington state. Usual temps are 20-50 degrees depending on the month in Winter.
