She does look quite like my 'Splash Marans' so maybe mine is one after all! I've only ever had light cream eggs from her like the bottom left in your pic...

I have a hen that has done this before. I think she pecked and drew blood which doesn't normally happen. Once blood was drawn she wasn't going to stop she was really aggressive. I had to separate until the wound had healed and then when returned it was like nothing had happened...

2 from 2! First double egg day of the year 🥳 The veteran hybrid been laying 4 a week since Jan but the pullet finally stepped up to produce more than 1 a week.

I put a few oyster shells in with the main food to encourage them to eat them 🤷‍♀️

My 7 month old has just started to lay 1 small egg a week. We are quite far North in Scotland so still short days here

Great idea! We have been in lockdown from bird flu a while now in the UK. Added some vertical entertainment options today but they haven't worked out how to use them yet!!
