Lack of blood supply to leg...

Hiya, We have an 8 month old duck whose not weight bearing on one leg. No bumblefoot, no visible breaks that we can feel, but in comparison to the other foot it looks less plump, grayish rather than orangey and just generally less healthy. Any ideas as to what this could be? We haven't seen...

    Hatching issues

Firstly, hope I'm posting in the right place... I saw there was a hatching thread in the chicken section... but these are ducks :D First time hatching, we have 7 out of 11 pipped so far, mostly last night and today. But one guy pipped 48 hours ago, made a hole and we could see movement but...

    Traumatized duck

Hello, Looking for a bit of experienced advice please. Our new neighbours dog broke into our garden & killed one of our ducks a few hours ago. The rest seem fine, bar one, who seems completely in shock. Not interested in food and blankly staring up the garden. We picked her up to check she...

I'd wondered that about the webs :( it looks so so sore. We live in the South West of England. I'm not sure she'd have been exposed to anything cold enough to give her frost bite... she came inside just before the first really cold snap happened about a week ago.

Thanks for your responses, here are some pictures from just now. We'd just put her in the bath for 10 mins hoping she'd drink more but she doesn't seem interested. They've peeled off a lot more since I posted, and just look so raw :(

Peeling, scabby, sore duck feet! Advice very welcome please.

Hello everyone, Posted a few times when we first got our little flock last year, having to deal with bumblefoot, and it's back! So we're treating this bumble from what we learnt before. Epsom soaks, purple vet antiseptic spray, removed the scab and it has been reducing in size... However...

    Bottom intrusions

Clearly no one has questioned ducks with a butt poking desire before then, as I'm forever googling duck things hehe
