I KNOW what the temp is supposed to be...that is why I posted. Does anyone know HOW to adjust the temp on these? Or better yet, does anyone have an owners manual for this model they would share?
I need some help from all you addicts out there!!! I just received a Humidaire 2000 cabinet 'bator and I am having a hard time figuring out how to adjust the temp. It is set at 98.6 and is holding like a champ....not helpful!! Does anyone know how to adjust these sweet hearts? I also need to...
I am interested in some of your eggs when you are ready to start selling! I have been looking for some Buff American geese for a friend. I am also interested in your turkeys....this is a good idea. High elevation eggs are WAY easier to hatch!! :-)
I set the first batch of 30 last week. Fired up the Humidaire and now I need eggs...LOTS of eggs!! :-) Its cold, snowing and blowing like crazy, but chick orders start up the middle of February, so I'm going for it! I try to do primarily COLORADO eggs. The chicks are just so hardy. Let me...
Hi!! I have a Humidaire 200 drum incubator as well. I see that it has been almost a year since your post, so I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions concerning these beauties. Mine is in great shape and has been hatching non stop for the last 2 years. The friend I got it...

I got this pullet in with a group of mixed breed layers. They all ended up being really small...like OEG small, with the same build and coloring I would expect from that mix. A couple of them were obviously Silkie mixes. And then there is this gal. She is about 6 months old. BIG bird. Like...
Hello Frizzle fans!! This is Paris...she is the biggest pre-maddona, diva actin' chicken I have EVER had. She wants to be hand fed, but don't confine me. Pet me, but don't mess up my hair! Give me friends, but only the ones I want! And she now has a crush on Sedrick. My black, show quality...
Time for the pros to tell me about this girl! I am new to the breed and to 'ornamental' type birds. I used bantams in the past to brood, but this little girl is so tiny and so sweet! I am just smitten with her personality. Thank you for your comments!!
