I have noticed that. My game hens sleep on one roost, ameracaunas on one, and RIRs on one. I have another coop where there are 4 different hens of different breeds who love each other and don't let anyone else in their coop!
After being alone for a few days and getting used to her flock again, she is almost back to her normal self. I'd hate to see the poor thing go broody again.lol
Thanks! I have tried everything. I had to bust a couple of them that were half buried in the ground and they stunk!! Her eggs are now taken away from her and she is still acting crazy.
I had to separate my broody hen and her eggs because they aren't going to hatch. Ever since then, she has been trying to kill my other hens!!!! I don't know what to do!
