We are new to raising chickens and have been using a round gallon watering thing that we purchased from TSC. We would like to switch them to the nipple system. Will this be hard for the chickens to find their water? Or will they know to go to the nipple?

The temp is starting to warm up outside. This gave Daddy and Sis some quality time to start our coop. We are supposed to get 1-3 inches of snow throughout the night and the coop will be put on hold once again. Looking forward to spring!

We returned to where we had purchased our chicks. Originally we had thought we purchased 2 GL Wyandottes and it turns out they are Americaunas. Attached is a picture of our 8 chicks.
