Only give her Epsom salt bath to calm her if she is egg bound. You need to gently put you pinky (gloved and with a gel lub or Vaseline type thing) and see if you feel egg pieces or an egg that's stuck. . google chicken anatomy so you know what to expect. And google how to help an egg bound...
Also iss the craw bloated like hard bloated or soft and bloated? I don't know what that would mean but that information might be important. My Brahma recently had a soft bloated crop from an internal infection that antibiotics helped.
Is she egg bound? usually you can feel it close to her vent. Gloved pinky and lube...very very carefully.. If she is egg-bound there are lots of good threads to help soothe (Epsom baths, circular motion on vent) and help her if the egg is broken.

As an observation technique, can you set up a Pet-Cam or like somehow set up a Zoom with yourself in a tablet/laptop combination? The "Zoom" is a way to observe your situation and basically free but you'll need to first sign into to both. Just a thought, assuming handled ethically minded.
