    I know what you mean. I've got one RIR that sounds like your Rhoda. I don't name my chickens, but this hen in particular always keeps a safe distance. Not sure why, she is probably my favorite red out of the bunch.

    We got ours at Sportsmans Warehouse. They're hard to find in stores. Not sure if it's in high demand or if fewer places are selling traps. Anyway, you can order them online for the same price (I'm thinking $20) but go ahead and order a few so you aren't in the thick of it waiting for it to ship!
