    Thanks riverman Removed the remaining keets and popped them under my broody, but unfortunately we lost most of them. The duck managed to squash 2 to death on the first night, and one went MIA from my rat / mice / snake proof cage. Oh and I didn't forget that the hatch dates were different...

    Setting Fertile Eggs Under Broody Due to Hatch November, Come Join Me!!!

    Oh cluckcluckluke poor you! You are having a tough run. That you get one more as a hatch buddy for your lonely chick at least! 7 out of the 9 eggs that my broody abandoned have pipped so far. They are on hatch day today! Can't wait for the little ones to get out of their shells.
