Thank you! That’s the plan, try to let them out every once in a while so they can free range. We only have 4 ducks so I think the 16x12 run should be big enough for them! -

@DuckyDonna Thank you for this, made me feel a lot better. Sounds like your duckies have a great life and a wonderful set up!!! The predator problem just is too much for me to even risk letting them out alone. I can’t do it. I’m going to try to let them out a few times a week for an hour or two... -

Sounds good! Mine are also 6.5 weeks. We’re outside right now and I’m watching super closely and it does seem like they’re just billing them and spitting them out. My fiancé said he thought he saw one of the ducks eat a rock yesterday so I was a little worried! -

@Miss Lydia @416bigbore : Great points about the window. I’ll be sure to put hardware cloth over that too. The rest of the pen everything is covered with hardware cloth :) He did put hardware cloth underground too so diggers can’t dig. If there’s anything else to do or if that’s not enough... -
