    Why is my hen making this noise?

    I came outside and my hen was making this noise? Sounded like a donkey.... or a cat with hiccups?!?! Very strange! Never heard it before, she is now safe and content sleeping in the coop? Does anyone know what this means? Thanks in advance!

    Thank you! We have red sex links and black sex links..... a few months ago we couldn't find eggs for 2 weeks.... I'm wondering if it's one of the random eggs that went missing and hatched? (Our red sex links are hens and have a black sex link rooster)

    Thank you :) yes, I called and got verification and they are indeed BSL's :) so glad we got 3 pullets:) was worried they were roosters (this is all very new to me but so fun) thanks again!
