    I was really surprised to find a Wildlife Rescue that accepted birds that weren't endangered. I figured those kinds of places would only take things like owls, eagles, falcons, etc. Why is it illegal to possess wild bird feathers? Even if you just happen upon them on the ground?!

    Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it! I'm not exactly sure. I've been checking. I have a fan behind the lamp so it won't get that hot! The fan keeps the reflector cool to the touch. What temp should the egg be kept at?
