    My mom wants to keep the snow out of th chicken run so she basicly wants to cove the entire thing in plastic and tarps. I'm thinking something just on top would be fine for the most part. Is this crazy?

    Looks to me like one of my hens had something going on with the scails on one of her foot pads. Is this like the chick equivalent of a wart or maybe a fungal infection?
