ok i have to get in on this...
1. on the enclosed back wall i would add storm door for you to get inside
2. on same wall at top cut a vent out like a 16 height by 24" long and hinge bottom so you can close the opening back (using piece you cut out) with hinges on bottom and wire on out side...
that is what turbo did for me..... gave me a chance at quality stock.......heck paul's giving bishop a chance

i didnt read all the post but my suggestion would be to make the floor what ever size you need then make the walls and screw them to the floor and then screw walls to each other....to make sure everything fits then unscrew....move it in the back yard.... then use cordless drill screw it back...

Question 3 white birds I assume you ment splash they are not white they have two...
