how about this fella still looking towards pullet?

i can see what you mean about no.5 now definitely looks like pointed feathers..but i agree that the rest look like pullets they all have rounded feathers thanks so much for the info and help..next question is if indeed turns out to be rooster what do i do with it would i have to separate him or...

just curious what characteristics are making you lean that way? i am very new to this and trying to learn as much as i can about chickens..i really hope it ends up being a hen its my favorite one

#5 is the youngest of the flock at around 6weeks or so maybe 5

what is making you lean towards them being cockerels

#2 and #7 came as chicks from co-op there were 4 after 2 didn’t return to the coop we went and found a place nearby and picked up the other 5 pullets or at least we hope they end up as hens i have ben leaning towards #2 being a cockerel but i really have no idea lol

i was told #5 would lay brown eggs any truth to that and how can u tell??

we are very new to chickens we have 7 that are all supposed to be pullets but we dont know the breeds except for the polish chickens they range from 6-11 weeks old any info on breed and sex would be much appreciated thanks
