    I't above 100 degrees today and i was wandering what i can do to help the hens in this heat. I am giving them Ice in their water and they have shade in the coop but what else can I do?

    I just printed it and posted it on the board at work. I have 6 in my backyard. I agree with the person a few posts back. Send it to the members of congress with the changed date and they would all love it.

    I read that charlie parker was called Bird because he love chicken so much. The I thought is that where yard bird comes from. Then I thought, you mean the Yardbirds folk/rock group from the 60's were really called the chickens. I bet they wouldn't had done as well if the were called the chickens.
