Two Hens + Three Pullets = how many eggs per week?
I have two hens about 14 months old and three pullets about 7 months of age and am getting about 4 and a half doz. eggs every two weeks. I think that is amazing. + 7 more eggs in my fridge....- yardbirds sask

I GOT A HEN!!!!
First eggs are always so exciting...congrats and enjoy your "hens". Pullet eggs are smaller and I think they are considered hens after they are a year old...I could be mistaken but then why is there a term "pullet eggs" ?- yardbirds sask

Could the roo not be from a gold cuckoo marans and a blue or blue copper marans? Not all marans have feathered legs, my black copper doesn't except for a few feathers and same for my blue copper.- yardbirds sask
