    I moved to NH for that very reason...less government. I love it here and we do have the motto "Live Free Or Die". Many other people from around the country are moving here for The Free State Project. Maybe you'd like it. http://freestateproject.org/

    I have roosters...kind of.

    I have a smaller coop and four large pullet Barred Rocks. For the most part they've been just laying on the pine shavings at the bottom of the coop.
