Mine are 3 and 5 and have karate 4 times a week! At least it tires them out. And we don't really have to go all 4 days, but we need to go at least 2 to be worth the money we spend on it. :)

Bear update: Apparently our friendly neighborhood bear has been causing trouble all over the mountain and was caught and relocated at some point this week.
