I just can sell hatching eggs at this point, in ND you need a special license to legally sell eggs for eating, way too many laws. The only thing I can do is tell people I am selling them for hatching or pet food,but what they do with them after they leave my house is up to them hehe.

this winter has been so odd, I wish I had not cut back my quail,they would have handled this fake winter so easily so far!

oops forgot to add I am in North Dakota where it has been known to get a tiny bit cold. Cleaning coops in cold weather is a pleasure, everything mucks out fast and easy when it's froze together lol
I clean out all my coops and cages twice a month. I have had zero problems with mites or diseases and I have some hens (mixed breed) that are going to be 13 years old that still lay!!
Clean coops are the best way to keep a bird healthy and the cheapest!!

It looks like a young couger. We have shot 4 so far this year. Last year we lost 14 yearlings and 2 horses to cougers. The last straw was when one was perched on the shed roof looking into my sons bedroom window. We now kill all on sight, game and fish dept said its a good idea.
