I really hope you can save the egg. Someone told me that wrapping the egg in wax helped (monarc23, I think that was you). I don't know if it works, but you could try it........
Well, thanks for all of your of your good advice. If I do get the pigeon, I'll certainly try all of your suggestions. However, my sister (who has the egg now) says she might of accidently cooked it!:hit She says it might still be alive, but probably not....
First of all, kudos to you, patyrdz, for at least taking them in. I had no idea it was illegal to take turkeys "under your wing"! Did you know that it is illegal to pick lilypads!?
So I have a little bit of a situation here. I think I will be getting a wild baby pigeon in about 17 days. What do they eat? Before we took care of a crow, and my sister had to feed it chopped up worms from the blender!
