I think my Whiting green are my favorite layers.They are so vocal & I LOVE the blueish egg.I hope to find another 2 or 3.I bought her at Tractor supply sold as a welsumer. SHE WAS NOT.Anyhow I love her & really lucked up getting her.Especially when I was a beginner.I really love this breed❣

Trying to determine who's laying the cream color eggs ....
Whiting green laid the blueish
Isa brown laid the darkest top brown
Silkie laid the light cream tear drop shaped
Cochin bantam laid the last smallest .
Layers I'm guessing from

Henry the 3 am alarm has me up drinking coffee already. He wants out of the coop which I usually don't allow till sunrise.Should I be afraid to let them out while it's still dark ? I don't trust them free ranging in the dark where we are located on the river.

Are Easter eggers late boomers? 6 months and nothing .She doesn't seem to be maturing as the other breeds her age.The others are laying already at same age.Except my 8 month old silkie and my 6 month old satin/silkie.
