    I live in a small neighborhood so i would probably be caught. I still don't understand though, why can't residential folks in my township have no hens at all, i mean what harm could a couple small hens do?

    Oh, cool. I am sure people will want to but them. Maybe if you look online for websites that buy, sell, and trades chickens. I would buy them myself but it is illegal to have chickens where i live.

    Yes, i could join the 4h, but some people already told me that even if you are in 4h and it is illegal, you still cannot have chickens.
