I purchased this door a few months ago and installed it per the instructions. It worked properly for a few days then one night it failed to close. I re-set the door per instructions, changed the light sensitivity setting and again it worked properly for a few days then failed to open one morning. This went on for several weeks with me trying to troubleshoot the problem per the on-line instructions and the door being entirely unpredictable as to weather it would open or close.
About three weeks ago I began trying to contact AdorStore for advice. So far they have not returned my e-mails or phone calls.
I am curious to know if anyone else has had any luck with their customer support?
