I bought this from Wayfair.com and it came with a panel that was damaged by a forklift. I called Wayfair and told them about the damage and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I didn't even have to talk to a computer voice.

I have this coop and the smaller, rabbit hutch that New Age Pet makes. I love them both. My two pre-schoolers helped me put them together and it took us under 30min. They are very sturdy and the composite, recycled material is much more durable and earth-friendly than those flimsy fir pre-fab coops that you can get. You can also clean these out with a hose in a snap. I put my chickens into separate runs around the yard, but the run area on the bottom is nice if I'm feeling lazy, plus the coop made from the composite material is so light that I can easily move it whenever and wherever I want to.

It was a bit more expensive than other coops this size but it was well worth the money not to have to try to put a wooden coop together with two preschoolers running around.

I ordered 15 ameraucana chicks from them in December and they told me that there was a waiting list, I probably wouldn't get them until May. This was fine with me. He got back to me last month and said that it would probably be sooner. I got an email the other day that they had been shipped out. I went and picked them up at the P.O. There was one DOA which I contacted him about and he said that he would send me a refund check. He even punches their toes in unique patterns so that he can tell you which chick is which.
