If you research how to care of them properly, these little quail will be very easy to look after. Their eggs are too small to really be eaten but they make a nice treat for other pets like dogs or cats. They adapt well to different environments but are easily effected by the cold. I've decided to sell my king quail bc they are fighting and because I want to start keeping coturnix quail soon. Here's a sign I made and I made it on I piece of cardboard so it doesn't look great but is there anything I should add too it? -

Yes get a pair so that they can keep eachother company. When you get them, introduce them to the cage at the same time so they both feel like it's their home and not that one is dominant over the other one.
