this system can do both.
this is a wired system but its all plug and play once you run the wires (my house was easy to run the wires) the system has a setup wizard as long as you follow the instructions its quick and easy. if i remember correctly they have 4,8,16 camera systems.
This is the system i have currently. Swann is a Cheaper but decent option for security cameras there are better/worse systems out there but this works for me. it has phone/computer apps with alert push for phone. What type of control options are you looking for from your phone?
from what i understand he is probably a year old, i have had him for a few mo. now after someone set him loose on my lake. he has been flying with them on the lake.
yea i guess thats what i will do.i knew i should have built the pen regardless of how much time he was spending here
my call has been spending almost all day with the wild ducks on my lake since he lost his brother, will he fly south with them when they leave? He only comes "home" once or twice a day to eat some food, and spends the rest of the day and night with them.
the pond is all muck that i cant walk through, but he can (guess im to fat :lau). as for treats he doesnt like meal worms, peas, grapes, worms, he will only come up to the food if im 10' or more feet away from it (my net is only 6' long) and as soon as you get to close he flies away. he is just...
unfortunately i cant get them (well one now) into the house at night ever since i got them in one night and locked them in. he wont go anywhere near the house now. and i cant heard them in cause the lake is to low to walk around or use the canoe.
there are no track in the sand or the mud from drawdown no piles/ or excess of feathers. and i havnt seen him with any of the other duck on the lake. so i have no idea. guess ill wait a few more days then see if i can find a buddy for my boy.
so im not sure if one of my boy's was taken by the owl in the photo below or if he just got scared and flew off, got lost/ dosnt want to come back. from what i have found on a quick google search only Horned owls will snatch a duck, but in the video this guy appeared to be going after my boys...
ok well they are not as pissed off at me as i thought they would be. but they are a little standoffish about the house. also one of them was trying to fly up and out of the vent holes near the roof is there anything i can do to stop this?
i finally got by boys locked in their house tonight, granted i had to drop a door behind them with a rope, with a little luck. The question i have is, will this make them more afraid of going into the house or, will it make them feel more comfortable having a safe place? Also should i leave...
i dont know much about ducks (im still learning) but my ducks are on my lake and after a few tussles with the wild ducks they now all hang out together during the day (group of 2-11 wild ducks) and my 2 guys come home at night. as for diseases or parasite i dont know. I have 2 call ducks.
from what i have gathered they are about a year old and they were kept in a 4x4x8 foot cage that entire time until they were released. now they have had free roam of the lake i live on.
i will try the screened door first. and thank you
im sorry for all the questions... now that my boys are going into their house to feed (both at the same time now) would it be acceptable to install a drop down door to "trap" them in there at night, seeing the temp is going to be dropping soon and they are still spending the night on the lake or...
