Gamebird Startena "powder"

It might be a little intimidated with the height -- if what you've put in there has not been slanted too steeply, it should be able to get itself down all right when it's ready. Maybe just enjoying the view and feeling like Top Bird meanwhile! You could also see about luring it down with... -

If you have a Habitat for Humanity store anywhere near, check them out -- ours carries a bunch of incandescent bulbs ... maybe construction contractors donate them now and outfit new homes with the CFLs, don't know, but it's a good place to look and they are cheap. -
