All girls! I've had an Australorp roo in a previous flock. He had a red comb and waddles coming in by 6 weeks. Also, my new flock are also six weeks and don't roost at night.

A couple of my girls started laying last week. My nesting boxes are on a small shelf inside my coop and they were laying under the boxes. I took a couple of wooden crates and blocked off that area and now they lay in the boxes
My RIR is the same age and is not laying either. She has the biggest, reddest combs and wattles of any of my girls. I have two others that are laying (the same age and younger), but none from her yet.
