    I would treat all. Petroleum jelly, or A&D ointment. My hens had it bad and it spreads quickly. I got spray at tractor supply. I read and tried soaking legs in warm water with flea shampoo for dogs, and I put shampoo on toothbrush and scrubbed the legs.

    Thank you. I had a young hen die a couple months ago, only 2 years old. I didn't do an autopsy, so I'm not sure if she had the bumps as well.
