The one in the pool does always look like that. The feathers of the one(s) on the left do ruffle up, they aren't like that all the time.
I don't think any of them have molted yet.
I don't know why I posted that picture, it doesn't show it at all. In fact, I'm not sure if any but one have angel wing at this point. When I got them, I was sure that more than two had many feathers sticking out to the side, so I generalized and thought it was angel wing. But it may have just...
They are about five months old, I imagine they'll grow a bit and fill out more before they are completely finished. Is it too late to wrap them?
It is my intention to hatch out one batch of their goslings as soon as they start laying. After that, I want to start selling goslings locally, but I...
This weekend I got my first Sebastopols! I was originally only going to get a trio, but the seller was moving and wanted them to go to a good home so made me a deal on all 11. They are about 5 months old. Not all have loose feathers, but they're still pretty! The only other goose I have now is...
I never saw this thread!
I feel pretty bad too, since I have some chicks and could've brought some food. I am sorry I am coming into it so late, but would anyone mind if I came anyway? I may not make it, but I would love to try.
I am sorry for not waking up and finding this, I think I may have...
Thank you, hensplease and farrier! for your interest!
I'm working on getting some photos right now and they should be up later today.
I'll be using Dipsy Doodle Doo's guide on how she wraps eggs.

If anyone has some...
I have 12+ mixed breed eggs available for testing. Ive never shipped eggs before and would like to practice a bit. I have several roosters and a bunch of hens that are all free range, so I dont know who is fertilizing what. I can ship later this week, on Wednesday or Thursday but can wait...
Debbie- I am so grateful! He's beautiful!
If you need or want me to get him before the 29th or if you want me to send you some money now, I can do so.
Thanks so much!
I would love a roo!
I have two hens that are about 18 months old and quite adorable. I'd like to have a rooster to complete the trio, even if he is a little big.

Debbie, do you mean the type D seramas? Does he really give them away for free? If so, I definately want some!
I'm bantam crazy...
Next week, I will have some mixed breed chicks hatch, so I can bring those if anyone is interested. I also have a few mixed breed cockerels that I need to...
I am looking for almost any assortment of rare breed hatching eggs. I can't have more than 12 and I would prefer to have more than one breed. I have a small amount of time left to incubate one set of eggs this year. I'd love anything colorful, fancy or showy. I've been dying to get some Mille...
Thanks so much.
I'd much rather do business with someone from BYC anyway, I just thought this might be easier since Jerry's is near. I'll definately look for seramas elsewhere
Has anyone done business with Jerry's Seramas recently? I guess he's rather prominent. I live not to far from him and was hoping to get a pair or two, but I feel ... a little inexperienced. I'm afraid I'll look like a moron
So I was just wondering what he's like in person.
Thanks for all the help.
I've soaked his feet in warm water and cleaned them. There is a small brown scab on each of the swollen toes; I think it may be bumblefoot. Tonight, I'm going to soak his feet in epsom salts and tomorrow I'll lance, clean and bandage his feet.
Thanks again
Thank you.
He hasn't changed since yesterday and he still acts normal. Yesterday was the first day of rain after three weeks of the dryest, hottest weather I've seen here. In the pictures the ground looks wet because I was just trying to clean his feet.
I checked for mites and lice and couldn't...
