    When buying indirect you run the risk of not getting what your looking for NOT saying that for all but there are a lot of chicken peddlers out there that will slap that label on fowl just for the purpose of making a dollar.     Yes has a sponge applicator attached to the top (kinda like pvc glue) apply, put bird on a clean surface for an hours or so as this is oily and dirt will stick to to the legs real easy.

    Hen hatched is always best, just make sure if at ground level there are no ants near by, i'm from TX so its a problem here this time of year, we spray a light insecticide around hens near hatching date
