    Wild duck egg?!?!

    Unfortunately he didn’t make it out of the egg he had pipped all the way around the egg and then died. Very disappointing and sad. But when I opened the egg up he did seem to be a wild duckling. Thank you though!

    could you incubate duck eggs and goose eggs together and raise them together. What are the differences? Are geese aggressive or loud and would they keep foxes away? Would they get along as adults as they would shared the same dam? Thanks

    You can use warm water and dab it on the dried up membrane. If it gets really stuck you can try help it out by picking pieces of the shell off carefully. Try and wet the membrane first and see if it can get out by itself, leave it for a bit, if it can’t get out I would try and help it out.
