Duckling makes clicking noise when breathing

Hello everyone.
So two days ago I found a tiny duckling in one of my ducks nests there were a few ducklings dead and the Mum wasn’t on the nest, there was only one duckling alive and a little bit cold. I decided to take it inside out it under a heatlamp, give it food and water.
Today I have noticed that when he is breathing it makes a clicking noise, the noise is louder if he’s more active and quieter when he is sleeping. I don’t know if I’m just worried or if this could be a serious problem with his breathing.
