    Yes they do but they only in the last few weeks have had access before that it was just bits of shell and sand we have around the yard

    My white leg horn who just started laying yesterday has today laid a soft egg and a egg with out a shell she has now gone back into the coop to try and lay again it also sounds like she is crying in pain or something she was alittle hunched aswell

    Yeah I don't have a good phone it's just a cheap one this morning she layed a soft white egg and a egg without a shell so I think she needs more calcium

    More than sure because the egg is white and I only have two chooks so pretty easy to work that one out

    She also seems to be making a wierd crying sound under the house like a young child crying

    Hello I will post a picture soon when I get a chance, thankyou I haven't heard any crowing and the leghorn was definately born in July and the New Hampshire in August so the leghorn is a month older than the red and they where both moving and playing with the fake egg I put in there coop

    I think it feels pretty normal I'm not really sure what to look for but I smelt her breath and nostrils and everything's fine there I'll post a pick of her now

    I have a six month old white leghorn who isn't laying yet and a 5 and a half month old nhr who has just started to lay it my first time owning chickens I picked both of them up the other day to check them out for lice and stuff and I noticed the white leghorn has a little bit of yeast infection...
