Rhode Island Red - Confused on what is happening/need to do

Thing is though, I would think she was eggbound, but she laid yesterday, and she didn't make a fuss or anything. Like normal, every single time she sees us, she runs towards us to eat the food. Is it possible for a chicken to still be laying AND be eggbound?

Rhode Island Red - Confused on what is happening/need to do
