    OK. Nothing serious then. They get a product called Mealworm Tine Insect Medley which gives them 50% crude protein in addition to Kickin' Chicken by Heathy Coat feed supplement for Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids for healthy plumage. Thanks for your reply.

    Hi All, I have 3 Buffs all females, 2 are fine but 1 is molting more than the others. My concern is her rump is the only area where she has molted out and her bare skin is very red. Normal? or do I need to take action?

    Yes they will cheerios..? go figure. It's in liquid form so be creative in application. I douse their meal worms with it because they certainly gobble those up. The question is how much, how often. The container doesn't tell you.

    So sorry to hear your little boy is growing up. Mine is/was the same way; so cuddly and loved to be held much more than the girls. I am in exactly the same situation. I have two girls and a boy who are four months old now and have noticed that Tiberius now pecks at my pant leg - only once...

    Tried the warm bowl of oatmeal.....eh, peck here, peck there...not so much. LOL They do get a wide variety diet with good quality feed and always clean fresh water. Coops (yes, three chickens have two coops...soon to be three as the third will be larger and inside the barn for added protection...
