Seeing as how it seems that we will have an actual spring this year, I've decided to redo my run. It is an 8x3 foot run, currently only housing 1 lone male valley quail (getting more this spring/summer when the sellers come back up). We have freezing winters, and scorching summers (-20 to +30)...
Good, I'm not the only one. But we'll get used too it, hopefully.
My local farm store may have wazine. Just in case it doesn't though, what are some possible other de-wormers? I'll call them tomorrow to see. Oh and he doesn't have worms and hopefully never will, I just asked as a precaution...
...that I may not be able to obtain easily. If it appears again, I will by all means rush him to the vet.
Just for future refrences, how would you get rid of worms if your poultry already has it?

I used to go on every day before I discovered BYC, and it helped, a lot!
His poops went back to completely normal right after I posted that. I will check his fecal matter more often for the next while, in case it reoccurs.

Have a local experienced vet, have lots of money for emergencies, lotsa mealies, nice big wheel, nice big warm home, lotsa socialization, and good luck . haha bet you'll love him and do an amazing job of taking care of him. They're little luvhogs once you tame them.
