Hatched him from an egg, he is big, strong and healthy. He is easy going, hand raised, seeks out affection from me. I really don't want to let him go.
He is just too noisy for my area and needs a home a little further out in the country.

4 days old and look at all the feathers, this is about what 3 of the 4 look like.
This is number 4, wing feathers are twice the others, only one with tail feathers and look at the little brown hairs around the back of the neck...., I think it's a him

I know for most breeds it's way to early to think about sex, but I have noticed 1 of the 4 is feathering different, much darker than the other 3. Is it possible that is a roo?

I had to help one, it got it's back stuck to the membrane half way through zipping and just couldn't finish, there was no blood or other signs of distress and once I helped him finish the zip, he did the rest by himself. I did have to remove a little membrane from his back, but his brothers and...

I'm having a blast playing with the babies, and my dogs are pretty cool with them too.
So I think it's time to start a 8/12 raising babies thread, would be neat to see everyones chicks as they grow up.
