Ok Guineas it is then... this seems like the fastest and best solution over all. IMPORTANT ANYONE... So the guineas eat same food?as hens pellets/corn/scratch and or fresh greens?

Hi look up "play houses" or "Used swing sets" even old "tool sheds" make good coops with a little work and can get on freecycle or craigslist... good luck and welcome to the biggest addiction you will everh have!!!! Yeah chickens!

Last weeks cold was horrible.... (I am in Texas) we had a cold snap of 20 degrees which is rare.... In the covered coop I placed 5 heat lamps surrounded by plastic with an open area fo the chicks hens (age range 8 weeks to 12 weeks)
