I was wondering if anyone knows where I could possibly find Red laced blue wyandottes? Somewhere in kitsap or jefferson county is preferred but I can travel if I have to!
I really want a couple of blue laced red Wyandottes and possibly some Marans (not picky as to the kind of Marans). I have a feed store that is about an hour out from where I am, and they have a good selection and good prices, but I hate going so far. Oh well, I will keep my eyes peeled for...
I was just wondering if anyone in Jefferson County WA has any suggestions for a good feed store? I am in Chimacum area, and I go to Cenex, but they were really unreliable as far as actually having chicks last year. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get chicks come spring? (wont...

I think I am just going to keep an eye out. Whoever my layer is they laid just yesterday, so I expect I will get one again this weekend sometime, and I will actually be home to tell! I am very excited. It almost has to be her, the only other chickens that arent laying right now are two...
Does anyone have any pictures of their Brahma eggs? I have a mystery layer in my coop that laid a brown egg with almost pinkish spots on it and I think it might be my white Brahma Iris, but I am not sure and was hoping to see other Brahma eggs to compare, but I can't find any.
I have two wellies that are coming up on 26 weeks that still aren't laying, while all their sisters are. Even my girls that are a full month younger have started. Is this common for the breed or do I just have lazy hens that don't wanna lay?
Pretty sure my RIR Bobbi is going to lay her first egg today! She practically kicked me out of the coop this morning when I was refilling the nesting boxes with shavings!
