We are located in the beautiful state of Alaska!
My birds keep me sane during the long winter days. Cabin fever? Who has time! We have French BCMs, Delawares and Bobwhite Quail.
We have added White Crested-Black Polish LF and we are working on Blue Copper Marans this year as well.
Our love...
Well remember, Aimee got them from Triple D....(grin)...Not knocking them one bit, but you just never know. Heck, I'd even quarantine anything
that came from my house, mine have different bugs than yours..... (being silly)
When I introduce them I always do it in the evening...when its...
Aimee,
Yep I knew before anyone else. That's my partner in crime when it comes to Flemish. She was the first one to introduce them to the state and
I latched onto her shirt tail about 7 years ago. I already had my picks who are here now, hence my herd reduction in certain colors
Donna, I'll...
Hi Aimee,
Yep hubby is home till Monday then gone again for two weeks. Now that the concrete is poured
for the addition it's a little easier to take a minute to say howdy! You should come out, I'll be parting
with a few extra bunnies here in about two weeks....I'll have
3 steel grey babes

Kassan is absolutely beautiful! I can't wait till you capture that little bunny nudge he kept
doing to her...He has such a personality. If he's anything like his Mamma, you'll have many years of happiness!~
Thank you for visiting today!
Well, I'm still a little miffed that we ALL worked so hard at that thread
and now it's "poof" (They could have moved it here).....didn't seem to matter what the rest of us thought either......Oh well....I had withdrawals....and here I am for a minute or two!
Donna, I never did find it locally...
WW, It's not that I don't wish to visit the gossipy nonsense thread, It's that all that information we posted out there for each other is now

on was a great idea! One place, one stop....Sure you had to look back a couple of pages each day but at least you didn't
have to chase allover the website...
Yep, our problem around here are the fur bearing predators. I don't hesitate one bit when I see
a furry critter in my yard. It'll be back and I'm not giving it that chance. We have gone through many
different measures to keep our flock safe, if that critter decides to make my flock dinner there...

I'm not sure how the whole fishing line thing works. I was told one theory, It's believed when birds of prey send down their "radar" (I don't know the techy term) that they know something is there
but they don't know what the...

Aimee, you can kill anything in defense of life and property. Just be prepared to state your case when you fill out the paperwork....However you CAN kill the owl in a DLP situation. You can
even kill Bald eagles, Ravens, Polar bears and anything else that poses a thread to Life and...
Rammer,
Just remember, each time you open the incubator you risk shrink wrapping the others. So I always leave the first ones to hatch in there at least 24 hours, they need to dry off and
are just fine in there for about 3 days without food or water. Some say that their noises, chirps etc speed...
