    Yes, they work well, had to add two more, the girls have slowed down since the cold moved in but we have gotten two dozen eggs from them the last couple days . I have six boxes for 14 hens.

    He is in with only his mate, she's in fine shape. I had to bring her in to shut him up... She can't be out of his sight or he starts his chatter.

    Sam got frost bite.. Coop is dry, even put in a heat lamp, no drafts. Do you think he will okay for the fair in July , he's inside now ( I'm sur feathers will fly when my husband gets home and there are chickens in the bathroom) especially one that chatters and crows like he does.

    I just got this pair, so I put them in an old playhouse my daughter didn't use any more. It is without drafts, but they are so little I did hang a red heat lamp in there for them. They are settling in good. I did notice when they roost they sit directly under the lamp. It is hanging approx 3.5 -...
