Very pretty! The first picture is a Delaware pullet, she looks maybe a month or a few weeks from laying.
The one in the second pic.... a OEGB roo probably, and yea, deff a Bantam:)
Okay thanks. I'll take more pics today. The whole hatch of nine I bought were crosses, and I was told they were all purebred Rhode Island Red. I've got some more hens that have stumped me too, wierd colors. I'll get pics of them all.
I know Crele is only a color, but I can't figure out what...
Just make sure you only have ONE rooster because if you have more than one, they will fight and hens will lose feathers.
Fox-proof your coop, so that nothing gets your chickens. I put a radio on overnight.
If your going to Free range them, try to supervise them, you never want a fox getting at...
The one on the left in the first picture is the same as the one in the second picture. I know they are both cockerels, they already started crowing. And I also want to know what breed the one on the right is...
Single comb... and she has lots of breeds. Golden Laced Wyandotte, Blue Araucana, Dominique, Rir, EE, Ameraucana, Crele Leghorn, Buff Orpington, Black Orpington, White Wyandotte, and I think that's it.
Some of her toes are yellow, and some are greyish brown. She isn't a bantam, because she's the same size as my standard size and they are all the same age. She is mixed with Rhode Island Red because that is the only rooster my breeder has.
