    I have no other feather legged birds so he has to be split on the e locus. He did also father 3 black sex linked chicks in this same hatch with PBarred rock hens. They all have traces of leg feathers. He’s not a good rooster as he has many faults per the SOP.

    This chick has feathered legs. The BCM roo is the only bird with feathered legs. I know the chick is a mixed bird.

    Medication for Respiratory symptoms

    18 month old rooster has had the “hiccups “ for several weeks. Today his crow sounded screechy. Other than hiccups and screechy crow he is healthy and thriving. Any suggestions for antibiotics?

    What is this glob?

    She lays about 1.6 oz egg regularly with single yolk. The egg shells are not normal either rough and uneven layering of shell and pigment.

    I have an 8 month old pullet who has been laying a ping pong shaped and size egg for at least 6 weeks. i usually crack each egg and find some small specks in it. However this morning I found this glob which is to the left of the yolk in the photo. Your thought?
