What is this glob?

I have an 8 month old pullet who has been laying a ping pong shaped and size egg for at least 6 weeks. i usually crack each egg and find some small specks in it. However this morning I found this glob which is to the left of the yolk in the photo. Your thought?

Reproductive tract tissue that sloughed off. Is that two eggs or a double yolker from her?

Reproductive tract tissue that sloughed off. Is that two eggs or a double yolker from her?

She lays about 1.6 oz egg regularly with single yolk. The egg shells are not normal either rough and uneven layering of shell and pigment.

I'd cut that blob in half...could be lash material from an infection.
