    when do they crow?

    I have two babies....about 6 days old who look like they are trying to but no sounds comes out at all. It is pretty funny. We can not have roosters though so hopefully they will stay quiet for a while.

    Problem.....ok one of the eggs pipped a few hours ago, it is a small tiny hole. There is now blood coming out of the hole. Is this a problem? I know there is nothing I can do, but is this common?? By the way, chick #1 is doing great but he really needs some buddies.
